Every effort will be made to deliver goods within the specified time. Customers must supply all delivery instructions including contact name and phone number and any additional information (such as loading dock hours & instructions if premises are unattended) that will assist in a timely delivery.
Additional charges that The Square Envelope Co (TSEC) incur due to multiple attempts to deliver an item/items where the premises are unattended will be passed on to the customer. Any upgrades from our ‘standard delivery’ costs to VIP services will also be at the cost of the customer.
Customers are advised to check stock on receipt of goods. If there are any discrepancies, the customer must notify us within 7 days. We will not accept notification of discrepancies if the goods have been printed, by persons other than TSEC, or sent to a mailing house within this period, in this case we are unable to ascertain whether the shortfall is our responsibility or the responsibility of the other party
