Where do we ship to?
Here at Square Envelope Co. we happily supply to all of Australia. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched same day if ordered prior to 2pm.

How will my order be sent?

Small orders will be sent via Express Post.

Anything over approximately x150 envelopes will be sent via courier. If you have given us a residential address and there will not be someone there to sign for the goods, just leave a comment to ‘leave at the door’!

If the courier has to re-deliver, these charges will be passed onto you.

How long until I receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on location and quantity of envelopes.

Orders with a quantity of 50 – 150 will be shipped via Express Post, as long as you place your order prior to 2pm you should have it next day.
Please note, if you are outside the Australia Post next day postcode range, this will not be an overnight service.

Sydney Metro will have their orders next day. If your order is urgent & you require it same day, please contact us. Shipping charges on our website are standard couriers only. We are happy to arrange a direct courier at an additional cost for those tight deadlines.

If you are located in areas such as Newcastle, Wollongong, Brisbane or Melbourne your envelopes should arrive next working day but can sometimes take two working days.

Adelaide or Gold Coast is generally two working days.

Perth or Darwin is 5 – 7 working days.

Please note – interstate shipping can often take longer during peak periods such as Christmas!

What if I need my order sooner?

If you require delivery overnight or same day please contact us prior to placing your order as this service will incur additional charges.

Can I pick up from your warehouse?

Not a problem, but we will require you to place your order over the phone & organise a time to collect. We are strictly by appointment only.


What size envelope do I need to fit my insert?

We recommend a 5-10mm gap between your insert and the envelope. So if your invite/insert is 140mm you will need a 150mm envelope.

What if the size I need isn’t on the website?

Chances are we probably won’t carry it if you can’t find it on the site. However, we do have a ‘bits & pieces’ shelf that might hold what you are after & we’ve been in the industry long enough to know what direction to point you, so call us anyway!


Can I see the envelope prior to ordering?

Yes, we are happy to send samples. Our samples are only sent via regular post, we do not offer an express service on this. Anything over 5 samples will incur a postage & handling charge.

Do you have a shop?

No. We have our warehouse & offices in Chatswood and we are strictly by appointment only.


Help, I received the wrong envelopes!

Don’t stress! Give us a call. If we are at fault we will gladly send out a new batch and have the incorrect ones picked up.

What if I chose the wrong size or colour?

We ask that you please choose carefully as we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind.
If you decide to swap it for another envelope, you will need to do this within 14 days.
A return-to-stock fee of $35 will be incurred on all returned orders under 1000. For quantities over 1000 a $55 fee will be charged.

You must return goods in their original condition and packaging, damaged goods will not be accepted.

Custom Makes

Do you make to order?

Yes. However, you will need a fairly large budget and at least 7 workings up your sleeve. Call or email us with your requirements and we’re happy to give you more info.


Do you print?

Yes we overprint! We’re happy to print your logo on our envelopes. Our minimum quantity is 500 and the smallest size is 115mm. Call or email for pricing.

What about invites?

We supply packs of cards, envelopes & plastic sleeves but these are for DIY invites/cards only.
